Final Grades. The parties agree that the individual faculty member retains the authority to make the final determination of the grade to be awarded to each student in their courses. No individual or committee shall be authorized to change a grade, except upon the recommendation of the faculty member who awarded the grade, or as provided in Article 19.

Final Grades. Unit members are required to submit final grades and all accompanying documentation for each semester and session in a timely and accurate manner following procedures established by the Vice President for Academic Services. Unit members must submit all grades by 5:00 p.m. on the fourth workday, excluding weekends and holidays, following the last day of the semester, short-term class, or session, unless the member has been granted an extension by the Vice President for Academic Services or the grade submission deadline is extended by the Vice President for Academic Services.
Final Grades. 1. No final grade assigned by a faculty member to one of his/her students may be changed without his/her written consent. 2. At least five (5) calendar days shall elapse from the end of the final examination period before final grades are due.
Final Grades. Reimbursement shall be made only upon pre-approval and successful completion of the course. Successful completion of the course shall be defined as one which was awarded a final grade of A or B. In the event a “pass-fail” system is utilized by the educational institution, successful completion of the course shall be defined as an award of the grade “pass.”

For classes which meet the length of the entire semester, final grades will be due no later than two (2) business days following the last day of scheduled finals for the semester. The on-line Faculty handbook provides additional information on electronic grade entry. ▪ Students taking dual enrollment courses on the SCF campus must request a transcript from the SCF Educational Records Office and pay the appropriate fee. The student is responsible for insuring that the high school registrar has a certified copy of the transcript or SCF grade report. Otherwise, the high school student will not receive credit for the SCF course at the high school. ▪ State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota conforms to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). No student grades are posted in any public manner; no grades are provided by telephone.   • Direction to Account Debtors; Contracting Parties; etc Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, if the Collateral Agent so directs any Assignor, such Assignor agrees (x) to cause all payments on account of the Receivables and Contracts to be made directly to one or more Cash Collateral Accounts (as the Collateral Agent shall so direct), (y) that the Collateral Agent may, at its option, directly notify the obligors with respect to any Receivables and/or under any Contracts to make payments with respect thereto as provided in the preceding clause (x), and (z) that the Collateral Agent may enforce collection of any such Receivables and Contracts and may adjust, settle or compromise the amount of payment thereof, in the same manner and to the same extent as such Assignor. Without notice to or assent by any Assignor, the Collateral Agent may, upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, apply any or all amounts then in, or thereafter deposited in, the Cash Collateral Accounts which application shall be effected in the manner provided in Section 7.4 of this Agreement. The reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) of collection, whether incurred by an Assignor or the Collateral Agent, shall be borne by the relevant Assignor. The Collateral Agent shall deliver a copy of each notice referred to in the preceding clause (y) to the relevant Assignor, provided, that the failure by the Collateral Agent to so notify such Assignor shall not affect the effectiveness of such notice or the other rights of the Collateral Agent created by this Section 3.3.

  • Payment Grace Period The Borrower shall have a ten (10) day grace period to pay any monetary amounts due under this Note, after which grace period a default interest rate of fifteen percent (15%) per annum shall apply to the amounts owed hereunder.

  • Availability of Earnings Statements The Company shall make generally available to holders of its securities as soon as may be practicable but in no event later than the last day of the fifteenth (15th) full calendar month following the calendar quarter in which the most recent effective date occurs in accordance with Rule 158 of the Rules and Regulations, an earnings statement (which need not be audited but shall be in reasonable detail) for a period of twelve (12) months ended commencing after the effective date, and satisfying the provisions of Section 11(a) of the Act (including Rule 158 of the Rules and Regulations).

  • Attachment  C_ CONTRACT AFFIRMATIONS For purposes of these Contract Affirmations, HHS includes both the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS). System Agency refers to HHSC, DSHS, or both, that will be a party to this Contract. These Contract Affirmations apply to all Contractors and Grantees (referred to as “Contractor”) regardless of their business form (e.g., individual, partnership, corporation). By entering into this Contract, Contractor affirms, without exception, understands, and agrees to comply with the following items through the life of the Contract:

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Industry Ratings The City will only accept coverage from an insurance carrier who offers proof that it: a. Is authorized to do business in the State of Kansas; b. Carries a Best's policyholder rating of A- or better; and c. Carries at least a Class VIII financial rating; or d. Is a company mutually agreed upon by the City and Consulting Engineer/Architect.

  • Delivery of Earnings Statements As soon as practicable, the Company will make generally available to its security holders and to the Representative an earnings statement or statements of the Company and its subsidiaries which will satisfy the provisions of Section 11(a) of the Act and Rule 158.
