COMMUNICATION CENTRE. COMMUNICATION CENTRE COORDINATOR Full-Time The Company and the Union will jointly develop and revise the testing criteria for the applicants for the Communications Centre Coordinators. Normal Duties Disseminate all day to day communications to and from Customers, Airlines, Management, Employees and other Agencies via telephone, fax, computer, two way radios, air to ground radios and verbal and written. Prepare and action work orders, and other related billing documents, for all airlines and flights. Accurately complete all information. Keep and maintain accurate information logs. Store and correlate interoffice and interdepartmental mail. Prepare a daily shift report Operate Company and Customer Airline Computer systems as required. other ancillary duties related to the position. Qualifications:

COMMUNICATION CENTRE. (a) A modified four-ten (4/10) shift schedule will be adopted for the Communication Centre for 1987. It will be the same as the current schedule except for the designation of the one hundred and twenty (120) hours generated shortfall. Shortfall days will be worked one (1) day a month in either five (5) hour or ten (10) hour allotments to be scheduled in accordance with staffing shortages. Booking order of these days will be by seniority by platoon. Shortfall days can be changed if it is mutually agreeable between the member and the Divisional Commander. The onus will be on the employee to ensure they work the required ten (10) hours during each month. Should they fail to do so, for any reason, without making previous arrangements with the Staffing Coordinator, they will be deducted ten (10) hours of EDL. A minimum of forty (40) hours per year, during the months of January, February, March, October and November may be used as Training Days. Needs will be determined by the Training Coordinator. Those shortfall days occurring during the above mentioned months that are not utilized for training will be utilized to fill staffing vacancies.

  • COMMUNICATION SERVICES 1. Employee communications describing available investment options, including multimedia informational materials and group presentations.

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Telephone Services All telegraph, telephone, and communication connections which Tenant may desire outside the Premises shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, in Landlord’s sole discretion, and the location of all wires and the work in connection therewith shall be performed by contractors approved by Landlord and shall be subject to the direction of Landlord, except that such approval is not required as to Tenant’s cabling from the Premises in a route designated by Landlord to any telephone cabinet or panel provided for Tenant’s connection to the telephone cable serving the Building, so long as Tenant’s equipment does not require connections different than or additional to those to the telephone cabinet or panel provided. As to any such connections or work outside the Premises requiring Landlord’s approval, Landlord reserves the right to designate and control the entity or entities providing telephone or other communication cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance outside the Premises and to restrict and control access to telephone cabinets or panels. In the event Landlord designates a particular vendor or vendors to provide such cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance for the Building, Tenant agrees to abide by and participate in such program. Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay all costs incurred in connection with the installation of telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises, including any hook-up, access and maintenance fees related to the installation of such wires and cables in the Premises and the commencement of service therein, and the maintenance thereafter of such wire and cables; and there shall be included in Operating Expenses for the Building all installation, removal, hook-up or maintenance costs incurred by Landlord in connection with telephone cables and communication wiring serving the Building which are not allocable to any individual users of such service but are allocable to the Building generally. If Tenant fails to maintain all telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises and such failure affects or interferes with the operation or maintenance of any other telephone cables or communication wiring serving the Building, Landlord or any vendor hired by Landlord may enter into and upon the Premises forthwith and perform such repairs, restorations or alterations as Landlord deems necessary in order to eliminate any such interference (and Landlord may recover from Tenant all of Landlord’s costs in connection therewith). No later than the Termination Date, Tenant agrees to remove all telephone cables and communication wiring installed by Tenant for and during Tenant’s occupancy, which Landlord shall request Tenant to remove. Tenant agrees that neither Landlord nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to Tenant, or any of Tenant’s employees, agents, customers or invitees or anyone claiming through, by or under Tenant, for any damages, injuries, losses, expenses, claims or causes of action because of any interruption, diminution, delay or discontinuance at any time for any reason in the furnishing of any telephone or other communication service to the Premises and the Building.

  • Services Communications Our Services include, in some cases, the ability to communicate to you, such as via email, text message, and push notifications. These communications may include messages from us, as we l as communications from Third Party Services and other of our third party partners.   • Communication Systems The Parties agree to share the use of communication systems, radios and radio frequencies for the implementation of this Agreement. Sharing of frequencies must be approved only by authorized personnel for each Party and documented in the AOP.

  • TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS Both parties may communicate by telephone, but it is agreed that no instructions that require action will be left on any messaging service since neither party can guarantee that they will be received or actioned. Telephone conversations may be recorded by Us for training or monitoring purposes.

  • Association Communications The Association will have the right to place official notices, circulars and other professional materials in teachers' mailboxes.

  • French Language Services If the HSP is required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the FLSA, the HSP will be required to submit a French language services report to the Funder. If the HSP is not required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the FLSA, it will be required to provide a report to the Funder that outlines how the HSP addresses the needs of its local Francophone community.

  • General Communications The type of communications described and defined in Article 5.6 herein.
