Actions We May Take if You Engage in Any Restricted Activities If we believe that you’ve engaged in any of these activities, we may take a number of actions to protect PayPal, its customers and others at any time in our sole discretion. Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.
Safeguards During Transmission Covered Entity shall be responsible for using appropriate safeguards including encryption of PHI, to maintain and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of PHI transmitted pursuant to this Agreement, in accordance with the standards and requirements of the HIPAA Rules.

Crossing of Picket Lines During Strike An Employee covered by this Agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a picket line or to handle struck work arising out of Labour disputes. Failure to cross such a picket line or handle struck goods by a member of this Union shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement, nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action. An Employee who is absent by reason of refusal to cross a picket line shall be paid at the discretion of the Employer.
