End User Agreement This publication is distributed under the terms of Article 25fa of the Dutch Copyright Act. This article entitles the maker of a short scientific work funded either wholly or partially by Dutch public funds to make that work publicly available for no consideration following a reasonable period of time after the work was first published, provided that clear reference is made to the source of the first publication of the work. Research outputs of researchers employed by Dutch Universities that comply with the legal requirements of Article 25fa of the Dutch Copyright Act, are distributed online and free of cost or other barriers in institutional repositories. Research outputs are distributed six months after their first online publication in the original published version and with proper attribution to the source of the original publication. User Agreement The User Agreement forms part of this Agreement. As much as possible, this Agreement and the User Agreement should be interpreted as a consistent whole. Where a conflict of interpretation arises, this Agreement overrides the User Agreement to the extent of the conflict, except in relation to your use of the Product or Online Card Payment Service as part of our new checkout solution as set out in the User Agreement. Capitalised words which are not defined in this Agreement are defined in that User Agreement. The definition of “Services” and “Agreement” in the User Agreement, when read together with these terms, include the Product and this Agreement. Fixed Term Contract 1.1 The Customer shall use the following applicable Service Plan for the period specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (“Term”). The Term shall start from the service effective date.
Sub-Contract The contractor shall not subcontract any or all of the supply without written consent of the purchaser. The contractor shall solely be responsible to the Purchaser for all the supply including that of the sub-contractor, if allowed by the purchaser
DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. OGS CENTRALIZED CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.
WHOLE CONTRACT This Contract constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the Contract between the parties relevant to the purpose described herein and supersedes all prior agreements or proposals, oral or written, and all other communication between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Contract.
Optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement Traffic (5) special access, private line, Frame Relay, ATM, or any other traffic that is not switched by the terminating Party; (6) Tandem Transit Traffic; (7) Voice Information Service Traffic (as defined in Section 5 of the Additional Services Attachment); or, (8) Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (or V/FX Traffic) (as defined in the Interconnection Attachment). For the purposes of this definition, a Verizon local calling area includes a Verizon non-optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement, but does not include a Verizon optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement.
Optional Service EU Access is an optional service that may be offered by SAP. SAP shall provide the Cloud Service eligible for EU Access solely for production instances in accordance with this Section 9. Where EU Access is not expressly specified and agreed in the Order Form, this Section 9 shall not apply.
Option B For the first 4 weeks of leave, the University will pay 100% of regular salary.
