Community Benefit Fund. [DN: It is noted that the Councils have agreed in principle to payments in respect of a Community Benefit Fund. Each of the Councils shall pay into the fund and the payments shall be determined on a pro-rata basis in proportion to the tonnage provided by each of the respective Councils.]
Community Benefit Fund. (this would account for the remainder of the Planning Agreement funds and be open to community groups through an application process).
Community Benefit Fund. This component of the Planning Agreement will be towards a Community Benefit Fund style program, paid per annum, for the life of the project. Community benefit funds may be used for any eligible programs anywhere across the Dubbo Regional LGA.
Community Benefit Fund. 2.5 The provision of a Community Benefit Fund is intended to secure benefit against anticipated planning projects as set out in Appendix 1 of the Agreement (Exempt Appendix B of this report). This fund which totals £15m may be allocated against large projects that are consistent with the NDA’s own socio economic policy, and with the unanimous agreement of the NDA and two Council’s, against a funding profile connected with the said Appendix. This fund will be released by the NDA in accordance with the funding profile of selected projects.
Community Benefit Fund. The Neighbour Benefit Sharing is a voluntary program that Neoen has proposed to ensure neighbours within 3.5km of Thunderbolt Energy Hub wind turbines will also receive benefits as a result of the project. The program will benefit approximately 16 neighbours and comes to a total of $220,000 per year (not indexed) throughout the operations phase of the project. The Community Benefit Fund is proposed to be $100,000 per annum. This fund will be delivered throughout the operations phase of the project and is designed to benefit communities living in close proximity to the project, such as the town of Kentucky. In response to community feedback Neoen have agreed that the Community Benefit Fund will be CPI indexed.
