City Benefits definition

City Benefits has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.1;
City Benefits means the collective benefits the City will receive from the Project pursuant to this Agreement and the Entitlements, which benefits would otherwise be beyond the scope of the Project and which are more particularly described in Section 5.
City Benefits means the public benefits to the City likely to result from increasing the number of downtown employees who may patronize commercial establishments in the P&L District, and who may choose to reside within the P&L District and the greater downtown area.

Examples of City Benefits in a sentence

  • The City Benefits Recovery Payment is in addition to the PILOT Payment and any other Recovery Payment owed for the related year or years during the Incentive Term.

  • Any City Benefits Recovery Payment will be paid by the Company to the Issuer in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 3 and distributed by the Issuer to the taxing entities as set forth in Section 4 hereof and shall be subject to Section 13 hereof.

  • Beginning on the first day of the month of the first calendar quarter following the date of issuance of the Bond, the Company shall provide the Issuer and the City quarterly updates on the design, planning, funding and completion status of each of the City Benefits, which update shall include, at a minimum, the percentage completion of each component of City Benefits and estimated date of completion of each City Benefit.

  • If, subject to Force Majeure, the City Benefits (other than the Qualified Grocery Store) are not completed in accordance with the timeline and terms set forth in Section 8(b) hereof, the Company shall owe the Issuer a City Benefits Recovery Payment equal to 25% of the Monthly Tax Savings for each month (or portion thereof) during the Incentive Term for which the requirements of Section 8(b) are not met.

  • Receiving a certificate of occupancy for the Project is not contingent upon the City Benefits being completed; provided, however, all City Benefits (other than the Qualified Grocery Store) shall be completed within 45 months of the date of issuance of the Bond, subject to Force Majeure.

Related to City Benefits

  • Disability benefits means any cash payments which are payable to a covered individual for all or part of a period of disability pursuant to P.L.1948, c.110 (C.43:21-25 et al.).

  • Disability Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 8.

  • Employment benefits means all benefits provided or made

  • Primary Social Security Benefit means, with respect to any member, the primary insurance amount

  • Public Benefits means the provision of benefits to the community by the Developer in the form and at the times specified in Schedule 3.

  • Retirement Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 5.

  • Death Benefit means the insurance amount payable under the Certificate at death of the Insured, subject to all Certificate provisions dealing with changes in the amount of insurance and reductions or termination for age or retirement. It does not include any amount that is only payable in the event of Accidental Death.

  • Benefits means any treatment, facility, equipment, drug, device, supply or service that you receive reimbursement for under a plan. BLUE DISTINCTION CENTERS are network providers who are recognized by the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association for delivering high-quality, effective, cost-efficient specialty care.

  • Coordination of Benefits or “COB” means a provision establishing an order in which plans pay their claims, and permitting secondary plans to reduce their benefits so that the combined benefits of all plans do not exceed total allowable expenses.

  • Severance Benefits mean the payment of severance compensation as provided in Section 2.3 herein.

  • Gap medical benefits means the benefits (if any) payable in respect of medical expenses that are less than, greater than or equal to the schedule fee, provided always that the medical expenses relate to a professional service that:

  • Covered benefits or “benefits” means those health care services to which a covered person is entitled under the terms of a health benefit plan.

  • Pharmacy benefits manager means a person that performs pharmacy benefits management.
