City Benefits definition

City Benefits has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.1;
City Benefits means the collective benefits the City will receive from the Project pursuant to this Agreement and the Entitlements, which benefits would otherwise be beyond the scope of the Project and which are more particularly described in Section 5.
City Benefits means the funding and City Incentives as set out in Sections 4.1, 4.2, and 4.3; “City Charge” means the Charge/Mortgage of Land referred to in Section 4.3 hereof;

  • The City providing any City Benefits prior to the fulfillment of one or more of the conditions set forth herein shall not constitute a waiver by the City of any such condition, and the City reserves the right to require the fulfillment of each condition prior to the providing of any further City Benefits.

City Benefits means the public benefits to the City likely to result from increasing the number of downtown employees who may patronize commercial establishments in the P&L District, and who may choose to reside within the P&L District and the greater downtown area.

Related to City Benefits

  • Disability benefits means any cash payments which are payable to a covered individual for all or part of a period of disability pursuant to P.L.1948, c.110 (C.43:21-25 et al.).

  • Social Security Benefits means any social insurance, pension insurance benefits, medical insurance benefits, work-related injury insurance benefits, maternity insurance benefits, unemployment insurance benefits and public housing reserve fund benefits or similar benefits, in each case as required by any applicable Law or contractual arrangements.

  • Disability Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 8.

  • Employment benefits means all benefits provided or made

  • Relevant Benefits means any pension, annuity, lump sum, gratuity or other like benefit given or to be given on retirement or death, or in anticipation of retirement.

  • Resource Adequacy Benefits means the rights and privileges attached to the Facility that satisfy any entity’s resource adequacy obligations, as those obligations are set forth in any Resource Adequacy Rulings and shall include any local, zonal or otherwise locational attributes associated with the Facility.

  • Severance Benefits means the payment of severance compensation as provided in Section 3.3 herein.

  • Gap medical benefits means the benefits (if any) payable in respect of medical expenses that are less than, greater than or equal to the schedule fee, provided always that the medical expenses relate to a professional service that:

  • Covered benefits or “benefits” means those health care services to which a covered person is entitled under the terms of a health benefit plan.

  • Pharmacy benefits manager means a person that performs pharmacy benefits management.
