Agreement Funds definition
Agreement Funds means the funds that have been appropriated, designated, encumbered, or otherwise made available for payment by the State under this Agreement.
Agreement Funds means the money provided by OSHPD for the Program described by Grantee in the Scope of Work/Deliverables contained herein.
