Community Education (CE. Courses taught through CE are not bargaining unit work. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, courses taught within a 300 km radius through CE that are also being offered through base operations in the current academic year are bargaining unit work. In the event that CE intends to offer a program off site, that is currently being offered onsite through base operations, the Administrative Coordinator, CE shall consult with the relevant department head.
