Community Health and Supporting Services. A pool of funding is allocated to the LHN for a range of community health services and must be used to efficiently and effectively meet local health care needs. The LHN has discretion to allocate funding across Primary Care and Community Health services according to local priorities. The LHN has responsibility for the provision and/or coordination of the following services and will liaise with the other LHNs and the Chief Executive to support the provision of these services.
