  • Management Reports Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all detailed financial and management reports submitted to the Company by independent auditors in connection with each annual or interim audit made by such auditors of the books of the Company.

  • Progress Report 10.1 If required, you shall submit progress reports in connection with the Service (“Report”) on at least a monthly basis, or as we may require. The Report shall include a summary of the activities and accomplishments during the previous reporting period.

LEA further agrees to provide SELPA copies of any and all State Controller’s Office communications regarding audit report corrective actions and a corrected audit report, if applicable. Should an LEA be the subject of an investigation by any federal, state, or local agency, including but not limited to the Fiscal Crisis Management and Assistance Team (“FCMAT”) arising out of or related to allegations of fiscal mismanagement, failure to meet generally accepted accounting principles, or any violation of a provision of law, the LEA shall immediately notify SELPA and provide the SELPA with a copy of any written correspondence related thereto.

  • Audit Reports promptly upon receipt thereof, one copy of each other financial report and internal control letter submitted to the Company by independent accountants in connection with any annual, interim or special audit made by them of the books of the Company.
