Community Solar RECs. If Seller’s project qualifies as an eligible community solar project, TVA may return any RECs that arise or accrue as a result of the generation of Energy Output from the community solar portion of the project to Seller or Seller’s customer, as applicable, at Seller’s request. Regardless of whether Seller requests the return of any RECs, all Energy Output and any RECs that arise or accrue as a result of the generation of the Energy Output will both be delivered to TVA, pursuant to Section 9.1 above. If Seller requests the return of community solar RECs, TVA will then transfer any associated RECs back to the Seller or Seller’s customer, as applicable.

  • Community Service Service to the wider community includes active participation in a wide variety of governmental, societal and community institutions, programs and services, where such participation is based on the candidate’s academic or professional expertise.

  • Community Engagement The HSP will engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals. As part of its community engagement activities, the HSPs will have in place and utilize effective mechanisms for engaging families, caregivers, clients, residents, patients and other individuals who use the services of the HSP, to help inform the HSP plans, including the HSP’s contribution to the establishment and implementation by the LHIN of geographic sub-regions in its local health system.

  • Indiana Veteran’s Business Enterprise Compliance Award of this Contract was based, in part, on the Indiana Veteran’s Business Enterprise (“IVBE”) participation plan.   • Community Outreach Please describe all community outreach efforts undertaken since the last report.

  • HABILITATIVE SERVICES (HABILITATIVE mean healthcare services that help a person keep, learn, or improve skills and functioning for daily living. Examples include therapy for a child who is not walking or talking at the expected age. These services may include physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy and other services performed in a variety of inpatient and/or outpatient settings for people with disabilities. HOSPITAL means a facility: • that provides medical and surgical care for patients who have acute illnesses or injuries; and • is either listed as a hospital by the American Hospital Association (AHA) or accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Community Partnerships The Contractor must submit a Communication Plan (“Plan”) developed with each Housing Assessment and Resource Agency (“HARA”) within their assigned Region(s):
