Excused Hours. In determining whether Seller has met a Supply Guarantee for a given Delivery Period, there shall be deducted, from the total number of hours in said Delivery Period, as expressed as “AH” in the formulas set forth in Exhibit B, any and all hours (“Excused Hours”) during which Seller was unable to deliver and/or TVA was unable to receive and utilize energy supplied from the Project due solely to:

Excused Hours. In determining whether Seller has met the Annual Supply Guarantee, there shall be deducted from the total number of hours in said Delivery Period any and all hours (“Excused Hours”) during which Seller was unable to deliver and/or LUB was unable to receive and utilize energy supplied from the Project due solely to one or more of the following:

  • Hours For the purposes of an unpaid 7.5-hour shift, the deduction from pay shall equate to 9.375 hours.

  • Minimum Hours All employees shall be paid their regular hourly rate for each hour worked except where employed for less than four (4) consecutive hours per day, in which event they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay. An employee who is called for work and upon reporting finds that his or her services are not required shall receive two (2) hours pay.

  • Shift Hours All shifts assigned by the Employer must conform with the following guidelines:

  • Scheduled Hours Hours falling within an employee's scheduled tour.

  • Paid Holidays – Long Weekends (a) When an employee is scheduled to work a weekend where a paid holiday falls on the Monday or the Friday, the Employer shall endeavour to also schedule the employee to work the paid holiday.

  • Opening hours The restaurant must inform Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd of its hours of operation (the “Opening Hours”), and of any changes to such Opening Hours. If the hours of operation are stated on the menu, Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd shall be entitles to treat these as the Opening Hours unless the Restaurant informs Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd otherwise.
