Companion Grade 1. An Employee who has 500 hours of work experience in the industry or who has or can demonstrate relevant prior experience, acceptable to the Employer, which enables the Employee to work effectively at this level. A Junior Employee (less than 18 years) when classified at this grade may be paid as a new entrant. An Employee who works under limited direct and/or indirect supervision individually or in a team environment or on sleep-over. Employees at this level work within established guidelines including compliance with documentation requirements as determined by the Employer. In some situations, detailed instructions may be necessary. Indicative tasks an Employee at this level may perform are as follows: ● Provide assistance to guests in carrying out simple personal care tasks which will include but not be limited to supervising daily hygiene e.g., assisting with showers or baths, shaving, laying out clothes and assist in dressing; make beds and tidy rooms; store clothes and clean wardrobes; assist with meals. Under direct supervision, provide assistance to a higher-Grade Companion in attending to the personal care needs of a resident. ● Performance of the full range of Domestic duties including but not limited to general cleaning of accommodation, and general areas; food service, plating meals, general waiting, table service, clearing duties and washing up; assistance in the preparation of food, including the cooking and/or preparation of light meals and refreshments; driving service vehicle; all laundry duties.

  • Downgrade Event If Downgrade Event is indicated as Applicable on the Cover Sheet, if at any time there occurs a Downgrade Event in respect of a Party, then the other Party may require Performance Assurance in an amount determined by that Party in a commercially reasonable manner. Failure to provide such Performance Assurance to the requesting Party within three Business Days of request is an Event of Default.

  • ROCK GRADATION TYPES Purchaser shall manufacture rock in accordance with the types and amounts listed in the ROCK LIST. Rock must meet the following specifications for gradation and uniform quality when placed in hauling vehicles. Purchaser shall provide a sieve analysis upon request from the Contract Administrator.

  • Downgrades Securities may not be purchased based on an S&P, Xxxxx’x, Fitch or another NRSRO’s rating where the applicable NRSRO has announced publicly that it is examining the relevant rating for a possible downgrade. The foregoing limitation shall not apply to securities rated A-1+ by S&P. In the event that a security held falls below the minimum guideline as detailed in this paragraph G as a result of being downgraded by an NRSRO, JPMorgan shall notify the Lender and await instructions as to whether the affected security should be sold. In the absence of a contrary instruction, JPMorgan shall take no action in respect of the affected security. In no event shall JPMorgan be liable for any consequences of a rating downgrade, including, but not limited to, retention of the affected security in the absence of a sale instruction from Lender. Lender acknowledges that any loss from a sale shall be for its account.

  • Rating The Notes can be issued without the requirement that they have any rating from a nationally recognized statistical rating organization.

  • SECTION 907 - VEHICLE CONFIGURATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS The SADT on the section shall be understood to be 1,500.
