PREPARATION OF FOOD. 4.1 Food and refreshments may only be prepared in the kitchen in the Room on the kitchen equipment provided in the Room. 4.2 All such food and refreshments shall be stored and prepared hygienically. 4.3 Any microwave oven, induction plate, fridge or other appliance shall be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, shall be switched off when not in use and shall be kept in a clean and hygienic condition at all times. In particular, the Resident shall only use the pots and pans prescribed by the manufacturer of the stove when using the induction stove.

PREPARATION OF FOOD. X. Xxxxxx agrees to comply with all Health Department regulations. Vendor agrees to have an Arkansas Food Permit on display. Permits may be obtained by calling the Pulaski County Health Unit at 000-000-0000. B. Vendor is required to furnish a pan for hand washing and two (2) gallon containers for water. Vendor will be responsible for changing out the water and disposing of it in designated areas. Wastewater cannot be discharged on the grounds. It must be containerized and dumped in the municipal drainage collection system. Vendor must have a hot place on hand for keeping water warm for washing hands. C. Vendor will be responsible for disposing of grease on their own, and such will not be disposed of in the Wastewater’s sanitary sewer system and/or the City’s drainage collection system.
PREPARATION OF FOOD. Not without the prior written consent of the Landlord to prepare or permit or suffer to be prepared any food in the Premises and not to permit or suffer any unusual or objectionable odours to be produced upon or to permeate from the Premises. Not without the Landlord's prior permission in writing, permit any person to remain in the Premises overnight. Such permission if given shall only be given in order to enable the Tenant to post watchmen to look after the contents of the Premises, which shall not be used as sleeping quarters or as domestic premises within the meaning of the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance for the time being in force. Not to encumber obstruct or permit to be encumbered or obstructed with any boxes, packaging, merchandise, rubbish or other articles or obstructions of any kind or nature at any of the entrances, exits, staircases, landings, passages, lifts, escalators, lobbies or other parts of the Building not included in the Premises. In addition to any other remedies which the Landlord may have hereunder, the Landlord, its servants or agents may without any prior notice to the Tenant remove any such obstruction and dispose of the same as they may think fit without incurring any liability therefor and the Tenant shall on demand pay to the Landlord all costs and expenses incurred in such removal.
PREPARATION OF FOOD. Save and except where the permitted use of the said premises is specifically for restaurant purposes not to prepare or permit or suffer to be prepared any food in the said premises and not to cause or permit any offensive or unusual odours to be produced upon, or to permeate through or emanate from the said premises.
PREPARATION OF FOOD. LESSEE shall not allow the preparation of food in the Leased Premises. LESSEE shall not use any electric or gas burner or any appliance of similar nature within the Leased Premises. However, LESSEE may be allowed to use the following appliances in the Leased Premises, i.e. microwave ovens, refrigerators, water dispenser and coffee makers. Boiling of water for tea or coffee other than by way of an electric or gas burner shall be allowed.

  • Completion of Probationary Period An employee who has completed the probationary period may be suspended without pay or discharged only for cause. An employee who has completed the probationary period and is suspended without pay or discharged shall have access to the grievance procedure.

  • Certificate of Formation The execution of the Certificate of Formation and the filing thereof in the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware are hereby ratified, confirmed and approved.

  • Cancellation of Certificate of Formation Upon the completion of the distribution of Company cash and property in connection the dissolution of the Company, the Certificate of Formation and all qualifications of the Company as a foreign limited liability company in jurisdictions other than the State of Delaware shall be canceled and such other actions as may be necessary to terminate the Company shall be taken.
