Company Computer. You shall be entitled to keep your laptop computer and the existing operating and application software after the Company has removed all Company-related material from it.
Company Computer. On or before December 31, 2005, Xx. Xxxxxx will deliver his company computer to Ferro. Ferro will then delete from the computer's hard drive any and all Ferro confidential and proprietary information. When Ferro has completed the deletion process, Ferro will return the company computer to Xx. Xxxxxx and Xx. Xxxxxx will be entitled to retain the company computer at no cost to Xx. Xxxxxx. Xx. Xxxxxx will not use any information or data remaining on such computer in any manner that is inconsistent with his obligations under numbered paragraph 7 below.
Company Computer. Ferro has custody of Xx. Xxxxxx'x company computer. Ferro will delete from the computer's hard drive any and all Ferro confidential and proprietary information. When Ferro has completed the deletion process, Ferro will return the company computer to Xx. Xxxxxx and Xx. Xxxxxx will be entitled to retain the company computer at no cost to Xx. Xxxxxx. Xx. Xxxxxx will not use any information or data remaining on such computer in any manner that is inconsistent with his obligations under numbered paragraph 8 below.
Company Computer. Xx. Xxxxxxxx may continue to use his Company laptop computer, cell phone and blackberry following the termination of his active employment through the end of his Consulting Agreement. At the end of his Consulting Agreement, Xx. Xxxxxxxx may purchase the Company laptop computer, cell phone and blackberry for its then prevailing fair market value. Before purchasing the computer, however, Xx. Xxxxxxxx will make the computer available to the Company’s IT Department which will remove from its hard drive all Company documents which are considered proprietary and confidential trade secrets.
Company Computer. Following termination of employment Employee may retain her company provided computer at no cost, subject to applicable taxes, provided that employee removes all Company Confidential Information from such devices.
