Company Credit Card. SAMPLE ONE The Employer shall provide Employee a company credit card for business expenses. The Employee shall not use the credit card except as authorized for business expenses. In addition to any disciplinary action that may result, the Employee shall be financially liable for any non-authorised expenditure and personal expenses charged to the company credit card.
