Home Leave. (a) When a staff member is transferred or seconded, any home leave entitlement the staff member may have will be determined as if all his or her previous service had been with the receiving organization, at the places where the staff member actually worked for the releasing organization.
(b) The receiving organization will not authorize home leave travel of a seconded staff member whose appointment with the releasing organization is due to expire within six months of his or her expected return from home leave unless the releasing organization certifies its intention to extend the appointment beyond the six-month period.
Home Leave. The Company agrees to pay for one business or two coach class tickets per anniversary year during the Reassignment Term for you and each of your immediate family members residing with you in the foreign location for return to one destination in the U.S. These tickets cannot be used or exchanged for any other purpose.
Home Leave. If ABB personnel must spend a long period of time away from home, they shall be entitled to home leave. The cost of the return journey, i.e. from the installation site to ABB's offices and back, shall be borne by the customer. The time required for the journey from the installation site and back, as well as the total daily allowance, shall be invoiced according to this Clause 11.
Home Leave. For the duration of your assignment, you and your spouse are eligible for home leave expense reimbursements of up to a combined total of €12,000.00 per assignment year, which are limited to airfare, automobile transportation, and lodging, when traveling to and from your home country. If trips are not made, no reimbursement will be paid.
Home Leave. One (1) home leave benefit will accrue after each completed year of expatriate service. This benefit is provided at first class travel.
Home Leave. The Company will pay the business class round-trip airfare ticket for you and your immediate family to visit the U.S. twice during each twelve-month period (for non-business reasons).
Home Leave. Employer will reimburse Executive and his immediate family (to include children through the age of 25) for the actual cost incurred of two direct round trip air flights (business class in the case of Executive and his spouse; coach class in the case of Executive’s children) between Zurich and either Chicago or Miami during each year of employment. Executive will be responsible for living and other expenses during any home leave.
Home Leave. (Applicable for Expat Staff only) For each whole year during the Term, the Company shall pay for one round-trip [ ] class airline tickets from Hong Kong to the [ ] for each of the Executive, his spouse and dependent children under 18 years of age.
Home Leave. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for one (1) trip per twelve (12) months per authorized dependent and for the Executive. Expenses eligible for reimbursement include a business class airline ticket and local ground expenses to the original point of origin. One (1) day of travel shall be permitted each way as additional vacation.
Home Leave. For each year in term of this Agreement during which Executive is on foreign assignment, Company shall provide Executive with one round trip economy airfare each year between the location of Executive’s foreign assignment and Houston, Texas for Executive, his spouse and each dependent living with Executive at the location of his foreign assignment.
