Employment Arrangement. I/O and Xxx Xxxx shall have agreed upon post-Closing employment terms and conditions acceptable to I/O.
Employment Arrangement. Purchaser would employ Reed xxxinning immediately after the Closing. That employment relationship would be at-will and in accordance with Purchaser's employment policies and procedures.

Employment Arrangement. Four (4) of the five (5) employees of TMW listed in Schedule 7.3(f) (one of which shall be Xxxx Xxxxxxx) shall, as of the Closing, remain employed by TMW, provided that the death or permanent disability of any such employee other than Xxxx Xxxxxxx will reduce each of the foregoing numbers, and no such employee shall have withdrawn or revoked his signed acknowledgement of the letter of confirmation of employment with Buyer signed and acknowledged by each such employee as of the date hereof; and
Employment Arrangement. Enter into or offer to enter into or amend, terminate or waive any Right under any employment or consulting arrangement with any Person or any group of Persons other than in the ordinary course of business (consistent with past practice);
Employment Arrangement. At or prior to the Closing, Jxxxx Xxxxx shall have entered into an employment arrangement with Buyer, to be effective as of and commence on the date of the Closing.
Employment Arrangement. The employment arrangement between Employee and Employer will terminate as of 5:00 p.m. (C.D.T.), September 8, 1998. Employee also agrees to resign, effective as of 5:00 p.m. (C.D.T.), September 8, 1998, as President, Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Employer. Employee understands and acknowledges that pursuant to said employment and positions as an officer and/or director he is entitled to receive the following:
(a) Accrued vacation time through September 30, 1998.
(b) Salary, less payroll deductions, through September 30, 1998.
(c) Severance pay of two (2) days for each year of Employee's employment with Employer, less payroll deductions. It is agreed that Employee is entitled to thirty-four (34) business days of severance pay.
(d) Reimbursement for expenses incurred prior to September 8, 1998 consistent with Employer's policies. Except as provided for in Paragraph 10, all other employee welfare or pension benefits, as defined by ERISA, and all other employee benefit plans, programs, arrangements, practices or policies, including but not limited to the accrual of vacation benefits, previously provided to Employee by Employer, or provided by Employer to employees similar situated to Employee, shall cease with respect to Employee as of 5:00 p.m. (C.D.T.), September 8, 1998.
Employment Arrangement. ORBCOMM and PIZZXXXXXX xxxee that as of the date hereof (the "Employment Termination Date"), PIZZXXXXXX xxxeby resigns from his position as ORBCOMM's Executive Vice President, Marketing and Business Development. In addition, ORBCOMM and PIZZXXXXXX xxxee that as of the Employment Termination Date, PIZZXXXXXX'x xxxive employment by ORBCOMM shall cease.
Employment Arrangement. The Persons set forth on Schedule 6.1(h) hereto shall have executed and delivered offer letters reasonably acceptable to Buyer.
Employment Arrangement. Intelispan shall have entered into an employment arrangement with Ward xxx the Key Individuals satisfactory to each of them.
