Company Office. The Company shall maintain an office conveniently located to Customers for, at minimum, the payment of bills, delivery and return of Customer Premise Equipment, requests for installation, disconnection, and reinstatement of Service, addressing of Customer and potential Customer inquiries, and receipt of Customer complaints.
Company Office. Company's current office location is in Santa Xxxx, approximately thirty miles north of the City. Office hours shall be, at a minimum, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays. For the convenience of customers who wish to pay their bills in cash, Company shall maintain at least two (2) convenient locations in the Novato area where payments may be made. Such locations shall be approved by District. A responsible and qualified representative of Company shall be available during office hours for communication with the public. Normal office hour telephone numbers shall either be a local or toll free call. The local and/or toll free number shall be printed on all Company bills or invoices for service and listed in the local telephone book. Company's telephone system shall be adequate to handle the volume the calls typically experienced on the busiest days. Company shall also maintain a local or toll free telephone number for after-hours. Company shall have a representative, or answering machine/message service (voice mail) available at said after-hours telephone number.
Company Office. Executive shall have exclusive use of his existing office at the Company’s headquarters during the Employment Term.
Company Office. After the Second Closing the Company shall maintain an office in New York City or Connecticut for use by sales and marketing personnel as well as by representatives of Purchaser working on matters related to the Company. The expenses with respect to such office shall be reasonable based on the Company’s stage of development.

The Company known place of business in Arizona shall be 7000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Arizona 85251, or such substituted or additional office as may be designated by the Manager from time to time. The affairs of the Company shall be conducted under the Company name, a Subsidiary’s name or such other name(s) as the Manager may determine in its sole and absolute discretion.

Company shall provide an office proximately located to Portola, California, and office hours shall be, at a minimum, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. A responsible and qualified representative of the Company shall be available during office hours for communication with the public at the office. Automated telephone answering systems with menu-driven options must provide callers with an option to connect to a live operator. Phone answering staff shall be competent to handle questions on Company’s specific programs. The Company shall also maintain a telephone number for use during other than normal business hours. The Company shall have a representative, answering service, or message providing/receiving live or voice- mail service available at said after-hours telephone number. After-hours calls shall be responded to on the next business day. Company shall provide the City with the phone number of a representative who may be reached twenty-four (24) hours a day.
