Reinstatement of Service. To reinstate any expired Appliance Maintenance and Subscription and Support Service, Customer must acquire IBM Appliance Maintenance Reinstatement that includes IBM Software Subscription and Support Reinstatement. IBM may inspect the Appliance at Customer’s expense before reinstating Appliance Maintenance and Subscription and Support Service. If the Appliance is not in an acceptable condition for maintenance Service, Customer may have IBM restore it for a charge or Customer may withdraw its request for Appliance Maintenance Reinstatement. IBM, at its sole discretion, determines if restoration is possible. Restoration is provided as a billable Service.
Reinstatement of Service. If a Member has received a distribution of his entire non-forfeitable interest pursuant to Section 5.10 and subsequently resumes employment covered under the Plan, his non-forfeitable interest in his Retirement Benefit based on his Credited Service completed prior to such distribution shall not be increased based on any Credited Service completed following his reemployment unless such Member repays to the Plan the full amount of such distribution with interest, compounded annually at a rate of not less than five percent (5%) per annum, from the date of receipt of the distribution to the date of repayment of such sum. Such Credited Service shall not include Service accrued under the Prior Plan for any Employee who was not an Employee of the Employer on September 30, 1984. Such Credited Service shall not include Service accrued under the Plan or the Prior Plan unless such amount was repaid to the Plan prior to September 30, 1985. [This Section is effective for all dates before and including September 30, 2007.]
Reinstatement of Service. If [Issuer]exercises its right to discontinue providing Gas deliveries to Gas Purchaser under Section 14.2, such Gas deliveries may only be reinstated, at a time to be determined by [Issuer], upon (i) payment in full by Gas Purchaser of all amounts then due and payable under this Agreement and (ii) payment in advance by Gas Purchaser at the beginning of each Month of amounts estimated by [Issuer] to be due to [Issuer]for the future delivery of Gas under this Agreement for such Month. [Issuer] may continue to require payment in advance after the reinstatement of service under this Agreement for such period of time as [Issuer] in its sole discretion may determine is appropriate.
Reinstatement of Service. Upon reemployment by the Company, the following rules shall apply:
(i) Prior to beginning of vesting:
(1) In the event a person who had not attained any vested interest under Section 9.03 on his Severance from Service Date is reemployed after a period of absence of less than a complete twelve (12) months or of lesser duration than his prior Continuous Service, he shall be reinstated in his prior Continuous Service.
(2) In the event a person who had not attained any such vested interest on his Severance from Service Date is reemployed after a period of absence of a complete twelve (12) months duration and of equal or greater duration than his prior Continuous Service, his prior Continuous Service shall be disregarded unless, effective January 1, 1985, his period of absence is less than five (5) years, in which case it shall not be disregarded.
Reinstatement of Service. If a vested Member who has received a lump sum distribution of his Retirement Benefit or Accumulated Contributions, pursuant to Sections 5.10, 6.02 or 8.09, subsequently resumes Membership after a Period of Severance, his Retirement Benefit based on his Credited Service shall not include any period of the Member’s employment completed prior to his Re-Employment Commencement Date unless such Member repays to the Plan, within the first year after Member’s Re-Employment Commencement Date, the full amount of such distribution with interest, compounded annually at a rate of not less than five percent (5%) per annum, from the date of receipt of the distribution to the date of repayment of such sum. Such Credited Service shall not include Service accrued under the Prior Plan for any Employee who was not an Employee of the Employer on September 30, 1984. Such Credited Service shall not include Service accrued under the Prior Plan unless such amount was repaid to the Plan prior to September 30, 1985. This Section 5.11 shall cease to apply effective January 1, 2021, regardless of whether an Employee ceases employment before or on or after such date and regardless of whether an Employee is reemployed before or on or after such date. [This Section is effective beginning October 1, 2007, and thereafter.]
5.12 AUTOMATIC ROLLOVER OF INVOLUNTARY CASH-OUT: In the event of a mandatory distribution or involuntary cash-out which is greater than $1,000, but not greater than $5,000, in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.10, and in such event there is an absence of a Member’s election for a period of 90 days after severance from service to (i) have such distribution paid directly to an eligible retirement plan specified by the Member in a direct rollover,
Reinstatement of Service. In the event that the Primary User decides to reactivate the WebTV Network service after a termination, the Primary User agrees to provide settlement of any outstanding balances on the account and pay a reactivation fee of US $10 for the set up of a new registration. WebTV shall have the right to require a full re-registration and to require submission of additional information as WebTV may request to verify user and credit information.
Reinstatement of Service. If Seller exercises its right to discontinue providing Gas deliveries to Purchaser under Section 14.2, such Gas deliveries may only be reinstated upon
(i) payment in full by Purchaser of all amounts then due and payable under this Agreement and
(ii) payment in advance by Purchaser at the beginning of each Month of amounts estimated by Seller to be due to Seller for the future delivery of Gas under this Agreement for such Month.

5.12 AUTOMATIC ROLLOVER OF INVOLUNTARY CASH-OUT: In the event of a mandatory distribution or involuntary cash-out which is greater than $1,000$1,000, but not greater than $5,000, in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.10, and in such event there is an absence of a Member’s election for a period of 90 days after severance from service to (i) have such distribution paid directly to an eligible retirement plan specified by the Member in a direct rollover, (ii) receive the distribution directly, in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.03, or
Reinstatement of Service. Upon remedy of Customer Default by Client, service can be reinstated upon receipt of payment by VIRTBIZ, or upon VIRTBIZ management approval.
Reinstatement of Service. Contractor may require payment of any delinquent charges owed by a Customer prior to reinstating service. Customer is subject to reinstatement fees listed in Exhibit A (Rate Sheet).
