COMPANY POLICIES AND RULES. 13.1. The Employee shall undertake to comply with the Company's rules, policies, regulations, instructions and other internal documents of the Company in relation to employment, which may be further amended, revised at the discretion of the Company. 13.2. The Employee shall always comply with additional duties and obligations, which may be changed by the Company from time to time at its own discretion in writing by sending a Notice to the Employee. Failure to comply with these paragraphs is a violation of this Contract, and may be the reason for termination of the Contract without notice or payment instead of notice.
