- Company Requested Conferences. Elected Union officials shall be paid for straight time when excused from their regular scheduled work hours to attend conferences requested by the Company. The Company shall not pay Union officials to attend meetings requested by the Union without prior Company approval. Elected Union officials include the President, Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer, and two Area Vice Presidents.
