COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS. School will use all reasonable efforts to cause Students to comply with Company’s policies, procedures, work rules and regulations, including preservation of the confidentiality of patient care and patient care records. School will, prior to allowing a Student to participate in the Clinical Experience, review patient confidentiality as well as the Company’s policies, procedures, work rules and regulations with Student and secure Student’s agreement to abide by all such rules and regulations.
