COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS. 6.2.1 The Company agrees to promote safe working conditions for the protection of employees in their job duties. 6.2.2 In the interests of safety, continuity of service, and efficient and orderly operation, it is expected that the employees will abide by the Company's rules and regulations as currently in effect or as may be modified or adopted hereafter. However, there shall be no enforcement of any rule or regulation which is not made known to employees, which is contrary to any provisions of this Agreement, or which is contrary to law or to a legally enforceable order of an agency of the government. 6.2.3 The Company shall neither make nor modify any rule, practice, or regulation during the term of this Agreement that will reduce previous employment benefits not otherwise provided for within this Agreement except upon prior agreement with the Union. Such employment benefits include military service payment allowances, disability benefits and pension benefits.
