As an employee of the Company, you agree to abide by Company policies, procedures, rules and regulations as set forth in the Company’s Employee Handbook or as otherwise promulgated. In addition, as a condition of your employment, you acknowledge that you and the Company have entered into that certain Employee Confidentiality and Inventions Agreement dated as of September 5, 2006, and you hereby agree to abide by the terms of that certain Employee Confidentiality and Inventions Agreement dated as of September 5, 2006, by and between you and the Company.
