Comparabilité. L'application de la méthodologie commune garantit la comparabilité entre les régions et les États membres.
Comparabilité. Les données relatives à la production utilisable doivent être comparables à celles de la production récoltée dans les statistiques annuelles des produits végétaux, et en ce qui concerne les données relatives aux importations et aux exportations, les concepts utilisés sont les mêmes que ceux qui servent pour les statistiques du commerce.
Comparabilité. Les estimations précoces doivent être comparables aux autres estimations précoces couvertes par le règlement (CE) n° 543/2009.

Les données sur xxx xxxxxx pondeuses relevées dans le cadre des enquêtes sur la structure des exploitations agricoles ne sont pas directement comparables, car, outre xxx xxxxxx produisant des œufs à couver, elles couvrent d’autres volailles comme les poulettes, les coqs et xxx xxxxxx de réforme.

  • Comparability The Parties will comply with all applicable comparability and code of conduct laws, rules and regulations, as amended from time to time.

  • Review and Procedure Limitations The Asset Representations Reviewer will have no obligation (i) to determine whether a Delinquency Trigger has occurred, (ii) to determine whether the required percentage of Noteholders has voted to direct a Review, (iii) to determine which Receivables are subject to a Review, (iv) to obtain or confirm the validity of the Review Materials, (v) to obtain missing or insufficient Review Materials (except to the extent set forth in Section 3.04), or (vi) to take any action or cause any other party to take any action under any of the Basic Documents to enforce any remedies for breaches of any Eligible Representations. The Asset Representations Reviewer will only be required to perform the Tests provided in Exhibit A and will have no obligation to perform additional testing procedures on any ARR Receivables or to consider any additional information provided by any party. The Asset Representations Reviewer will have no obligation to provide reporting or information in addition to that described in Section 3.07. However, the Asset Representations Reviewer may review and report on additional information that it determines in good faith to be material to its performance under this ARR Agreement and may re-perform a Review with respect to an ARR Receivable as contemplated by Section 3.09. The Issuing Entity expressly agrees that the Asset Representations Reviewer is not advising the Issuing Entity or any Noteholder or any investor or future investor concerning the suitability of the Notes or any investment strategy. The Issuing Entity expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Asset Representations Reviewer is not an expert in accounting, tax, regulatory, or legal matters, and that the Asset Representations Reviewer is not providing legal advice as to any matter.

  • Separability In case any provision in this Indenture or in the Notes shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

  • SAVINGS AND SEPARABILITY If any Article or section of this Agreement, or supplement thereto, should be held invalid by operation of law or by any tribunal of competent jurisdiction, or if compliance with or enforcement of any Article or section should be restrained by such tribunal, the remainder of this Agreement and supplements shall not be affected thereby, and the parties shall enter into collective bargaining negotiations for the purpose of arriving at a mutually-satisfactory replacement for such Article or section.

  • Methodology 1. The price at which the Assuming Institution sells or disposes of Qualified Financial Contracts will be deemed to be the fair market value of such contracts, if such sale or disposition occurs at prevailing market rates within a predefined timetable as agreed upon by the Assuming Institution and the Receiver. 2. In valuing all other Qualified Financial Contracts, the following principles will apply:

  • Mechanisms The Parties agree that their political dialogue shall be conducted: (a) where appropriate and agreed by both Parties, at Head of State and Government level; (b) at ministerial level, in particular in the framework of the Ministerial Meeting of the San Xxxx Dialogue; (c) at senior official level; (d) at working level; and shall make maximum use of diplomatic channels.

  • Separability Clause In case any provision in this Indenture or in the Securities shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

  • Equivalence The importing Party shall accept the sanitary and phytosanitary measures of the exporting Party as equivalent, even if these measures differ from its own measures, if the exporting Party objectively demonstrates to the importing Party that its measures achieve the importing Party's appropriate level of sanitary and phytosanitary protection. For this purpose, reasonable access shall be given, upon request, to the importing Party for inspection, testing, and other relevant procedures.

  • S everability Any provision of this Agreement that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction will, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction will not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.
