Quality Reporting. The Seller Entities shall submit all quality data required under the HQI Program to CMS or its agent, and all quality data required under ORYX to The Joint Commission, for any calendar quarter with reporting deadlines between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date. If a calendar quarter ends prior to the Closing Date, but the reporting deadline for such quarter ends after the Closing Date, the Seller Entities shall prepare and submit the quality data for the Facilities required under the HQI Program and ORYX in accordance with applicable filing deadlines and in the form and manner required by CMS and The Joint Commission, respectively, or, at the sole option to Buyer, the Seller Entities shall transmit such quality data to Buyer in a form mutually agreeable to Buyer and Seller or allow Buyer access to such data, to enable the Buyer Entities to submit quality data for the Facilities required under the HQI Program and ORYX for such quarter. If the Closing Date falls between the first and last day of a calendar quarter, the Seller Entities shall cooperate with Buyer to ensure that all quality data required to be submitted for the Facilities under the HQI Program and ORYX for the portion of the quarter during which Seller owned the Facilities can be aggregated with the quality data for the portion of the quarter during which Buyer owned the Facilities, to enable the Buyer Entities and/or the Seller Entities to submit quality data for the Facilities required under the HQI Program and ORYX in accordance with applicable filing deadlines and in the form and manner required by CMS and The Joint Commission, respectively.

Quality Reporting a. Health Plan shall submit to SDOH copies of all quality reports, measures, and findings generated from Health Plan’s D-SNP(s) quality management programs as required by and submitted to CMS. b. Health Plan shall notify SDOH in the event Health Plan receives less than 3.0 Medicare Star rating on either its Part C or Part D scores for any D-SNP. Health Plan shall provide SDOH with a copy of any document submitted to CMS outlining the steps proposed or implemented to improve the low score.
Quality Reporting. Sellers shall submit all quality data required by CMS under its Hospital Quality Initiative Program (the “HQI Program”) to CMS or its agent for any calendar quarter with reporting deadlines between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date. If a calendar quarter ends prior to the Closing Date, but the reporting deadline for such quarter ends after the Closing Date, Sellers shall prepare and submit the quality data for the Hospital required under the HQI Program in accordance with applicable filing deadlines and in the form and manner required by CMS or, at the sole option of Buyer, Sellers shall transmit such quality data to Buyer in a form mutually agreeable to Buyer and Sellers, to enable the Buyer to submit quality data for the Hospital required under the HQI Program for such quarter in the form and manner required by CMS. If the Closing Date falls between the first and last day of a calendar quarter, Sellers shall, to the extent reasonably required, cooperate with Buyer to ensure that all quality data required to be submitted for the Hospital under the HQI Program for the portion of the quarter during which Sellers owned the Hospital can be aggregated with the quality data for the portion of the quarter during which Buyer owned the Hospital, to enable the Buyer and/or the Sellers to submit quality data for the Hospital required under the HQI Program in accordance with applicable filing deadlines and in the form and manner required by CMS.
Quality Reporting. Quality in production, operations and organization has been given a top priority, directly driven and monitored by the General Management of ARIANESPACE. The ARIANESPACE Quality Manual translates this commitment in terms of operating principles, method and functioning rules. The information given to the CUSTOMER is subject to the confidentiality provisions described in Article 16 of the Agreement.
Quality Reporting. See Exhibit J; “Reporting Requirements”. HP and supplier will agree to work together, to use supplier data for mutually agreed upon goals and metrics. Key Process Indicators may include, but are not limited to-DOA, NTF/NFF, MROC, and TTF. Quality Reporting. The Member States will provide, every five years, and for the first time for reference year 2019, a quality report based on Eurostat Quality Reporting Guidelines by the end of the year following the reference year. The statistical data can be collected by means of • Direct observation of land prices and rents by category of agricultural land described in the Common Methodology. In this case, the agricultural holding is contacted directly and asked about prices of actual transactions related to the holding or about an average theoretical price/rent. The data can be collected through separate surveys or be integrated into the system of surveys which already exists. • Statistical data collection via a network of experts – "expert estimates". This practice could involve experts from the regional statistical offices, local representations of the ministries of agriculture, agents from the real estate agencies at the regional level, the agricultural advisory service, etc. • Use of administrative data to obtain statistical information. In some cases, Member States could combine one or both of the first two data collection methods mentioned above with the administrative data sources.
Quality Reporting. The quality reporting for the variables listed in this agreement will be done as a part of the Quality Report for annual crops statistics under Regulation (EC) No 543/2009.
