Compensation Law Workers' Compensation law means the Workers' Compensation Laws of the State of California (which include injury by both accident and disease). It includes any amendments to that law which are in effect during the coverage period. It does not include the provisions of any law that provides non-occupational disability benefits.
’ Compensation Leave If such determination cannot readily be made and all healthcare leave or annual leave subject to 100% payoff has been applied to the absence, the employee shall be placed on Official Leave until a final determination is made.
Equal Benefits Ordinance Unless an exception applies, Design Professional shall comply with the Equal Benefits Ordinance (EBO) codified in the San Diego Municipal Code (§22.4304(f)). Failure to maintain equal benefits is a material breach of this Agreement. Compensation and Fringe Benefits (a) The Company shall, during the Term of Employment, pay to the Executive as compensation for the performance of his duties and obligations a salary of $240,000 per annum.
