Common use of Compensation Allowance Clause in Contracts

Compensation Allowance. 5.2.1 In return for compliance with the provisions of this Agreement, a compensation allowance will be paid to all Employees covered by this Agreement. The rate payable shall be $1.00 per hour and shall be paid for all hours worked, attracting no premium or penalty. 5.2.2 The compensation allowance shall remain in force for the duration of this Agreement. 5.2.3 If the Company undertakes any work on a project which is the subject of a project award or agreement, as provided in Clause 5.3 of this Agreement, then any specified productivity allowance or site allowance (howsoever named or described) shall be absorbed by the compensation allowance to the extent of $1.00 per hour.
