Common use of Compensation Allowance Clause in Contracts

Compensation Allowance. 5.2.1 In return for compliance with the provisions of this Agreement, a compensation allowance will be paid to all Employees covered by this Agreement. The rate payable shall be $1.50 per hour ( consisting of $0.86 for overtime meal breaks and $0.64 for disability allowances) and shall be paid for all hours worked, attracting no premium or penalty.
