Compensation for Cancelled Classes. 13.05.04.01 Associate Faculty will be compensated one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) per class if the class is cancelled or reassigned within seven (7) work days before the scheduled start of the class, and the faculty member does not receive a replacement class; 13.05.04.02 Associate Faculty (excluding full-time faculty who are teaching a moonlight assignment) will be compensated ninety dollars ($90) to prepare for a course if it is assigned within five (5) work days of the start of the course. 13.05.04.03 Associate Faculty who do not have an annual contract whose courses are cancelled after the scheduled start date shall be compensated seventy-five dollars ($75) plus the salary for the percentage of the course taught.
