Compensation for Committee Attendance. Employees who serve on Hospital committees shall be paid at their regular compensation rate of pay for time spent at said meetings when attended on the employee’s off-duty time. Such membership shall be limited to one committee at a time. Employees who are on-duty during attendance at said meetings shall be permitted to attend without loss of pay.
