Compensation for Holiday Falling on a Regularly Scheduled Day Off. Except for employees regularly scheduled to work on a shift basis, when a holiday listed in Section 1 of this Article falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be observed as the legal holiday and when the legal holiday falls on Sunday, the following Monday shall be observed as the legal holiday.
