Compensation for Holiday Falling on a Saturday. For the purpose of this Agreement, when any of the aforementioned holidays falls on a Saturday and is not proclaimed as being observed on some other day, shift workers shall observe the day proclaimed as a holiday for calculation of benefits under Article 16, Holidays. All other employees shall observe the following Monday as the holiday.
