Compensation for intraLATA toll traffic. For terminating its intraLATA toll traffic on the other company’s network, the originating party will pay the terminating party BellSouth’s current intrastate or interstate, whichever is appropriate, terminating switched access tariff rates as set forth in BellSouth’s Intrastate or Interstate Access Services Tariff.

The appropriate charges will be determined by the routing of the call. If SouthEast is the AT&T end user’s presubscribed interexchange carrier or if the AT&T end user uses SouthEast as an interexchange carrier on a 101XXXX basis, AT&T will charge SouthEast the appropriate AT&T tariff charges for originating switched access services.
