Compensation for Loss of Tools. The Company shall compensate an Employee by the payment of an allowance pursuant to Schedule C, to replace tools lost by breaking and entering whilst securely stored at the Company’s direction in a room or building on the Company’s premises, job, workshop or in a lock-up. This clause only applies where the Employee, at the request of the Company, has supplied the Company with a list of tools required to be kept on the job.
