Private Use. All information services and features contained on Network resources are intended for the private use of its registered users. Any use of these resources for commercial-for-profit or other unauthorized purposes (e.g., advertisements, political lobbying), in any form, is expressly forbidden. In addition, providing personal web services via the Network is not permitted absent prior written authorization from the appropriate Administrator.
Private Use. Where the vehicle is available for private use, the following conditions apply: Reasonable Use The vehicle may be used for reasonable private use, which provides for local and some non- local travel. Interstate journeys and extensive use on vacations should be specified in advance, with an estimate of the usage for prior approval by Department Managers. Such extended use normally requires the payment for fuel by the Employee. Towing No trailers, or similar towable items may be towed for private use without prior permission of the General Manager. Other vehicles may not be towed, except in circumstances where life or property is endangered by not towing.
Private Use. For the term of this Declaration, the Association Property (except as otherwise specifically provided in this Declaration) is not for the use and enjoyment of the public, but is expressly reserved for the private use and enjoyment of Declarant, the Association, the Owners and each of their respective family members, guests, invitees and tenants, but only in accordance with this Declaration.
Private Use. Where the vehicle is available for private use, the following conditions apply:
Private Use. This Agreement is for User and User’s authorized guests (any person(s) that is staying with a member of the Rock Harbor subdivision) private use of the Slip. Use of the Marina by renters is not allowed (Rock Harbor Covenants, Article XII). User shall not use the Dock or the Boat for any business purposes whatsoever, including but not limited to chartering, client entertainment, and/or leasing. To extent slips are available, User’s authorized guests may park their watercraft in the visitor slip locations at the Dock with prior approval from the Rock Harbor Board of Directors or its delegate, but for no longer than 3 consecutive days, provided that the guest pays an additional fee of $75 in advance and provides proof of liability insurance in the same amounts as required of User. The User shall be responsible for any liabilities, damages, costs, and/or expenses arising from User’s guest(s).
Private Use. Coming under the expenses of the LESSEE are the costs for all subscriptions, connections, meters and private use, and all costs for maintenance, replacement and restoration with regard to the spaces leased by him, with the exception of those explicitly determined as obligations of the LESSOR. If in the division of a level, portions designated as private consist of a portion to be used communally, the costs for this communal portion shall be borne by the users of the private portions. The maintenance of this communal portion is not included in the responsibilities of the management. If the LESSEE wishes for the technical equipment to remain operational outside of normal hours, this must be requested in writing to the management at least 48 hours beforehand. Except for an extraordinary request, the hours of the supplemental use of the equipment will be invoiced as private costs to the LESSEE. If the equipment brought by the LESSEE requires higher energy capacities, volumes of technical capacity than is available in the building, the LESSEE shall take on the responsibility of all investments to ensure the operation of its activities, as well as the working comfort of his employees, in accordance with ARAB. Among other things, the expense of the LESSEE in the private zones: The maintenance, small deliveries and the intervention for the good function of the sanitation equipment; the installation of specific fire extinguishing equipment (fire extinguishers, dangerous spaces...); the maintenance and monitoring of the fire alarm, the fire detection, and fire extinguishing equipment (fire hydrants, spools, sprinklers); compliance with the ARAB with regard to, among other things, the work hygiene, the safety and the health of the workers, the electrical apparatus, the lifting apparatus, and the dangerous, unhealthy and unpleasant substances; the monitoring set up by ARAB with regard to electrical apparatus, lifting apparatus, fire detection and fire combating, help combinations, no-break batteries, etc.; The installation, maintenance, and restoration of the access control and intruder detection, among other things, for the private doors that separate the private zones from the communal zones.
Private Use. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall ever be deemed to create a gift or dedication of all or any portion of the District Tract or the Temple Tract to the general public or for any public use or public purpose whatsoever. It is the intention of the parties that this Agreement shall be for the exclusive benefit of the parties and their respective Permittees, successors, and assigns. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall confer upon any person or entity other than the District or the Temple, and their respective Permittees, successors and assigns, any rights or remedies under or by reason of this Agreement.
Private Use. Private Use of Information is defined as access to Information by a Subscriber who is an individual natural person using the Information for his or her own private purposes not related directly with business or professional activities. A Subscriber shall be regarded as using Information for Private Use only when the Subscriber Agreement contains the Subscriber’s obligation to use the Information for Private Use. The Subscriber Agreement should also include: prohibition of making the Data, the passwords and Data access codes supplied to the Subscriber by the Distributor available to any third party; information on the Licensee's obligation to provide the Subscriber's personal data on the Stock Exchange's request with regard to the name, surname and address of residence in order to control compliance with the provisions of the Agreement and to seek possible claims in connection with the Subscriber's use of the Data referred to in this Agreement. If a Subscriber licensed to use Information for Private Use uses the Information in violation of the Subscriber Agreement, as specified in the provisions of this Appendix, the Stock Exchange may charge the Licensee the Fees that would apply to any other Subscriber for the use of Information by the Subscriber.
Private Use. Purchaser hereby represents and covenants that no more than five percent (5%) of the Facility (determined both on the basis of space and cost) shall be used for private use. Private use includes use in the trade or business of any Nongovernmental Persons, but does not include the portion of the proceeds properly allocable to facilities expected to be used by an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Code in a manner that does not constitute an unrelated trade or business of such organization, as defined in section 513(a) of the Code. For purposes of this section, the federal government is considered a Nongovernmental Person.
Private Use. Rental by any individual or group of individuals for only that individual or group’s private use and not for any commercial use. Such private use would include, but not necessarily be limited to, wedding receptions, anniversary celebrations, group parties, and similar uses that are primarily associated with fellowship. Use by civic, fraternal, and service organizations does not constitute private use.
