Compensation for Personal Effects. In the event of accident, fire or other mishap affecting the ship and whereby the seafarer's personal effects are damaged or lost, the Company shall pay up to USD 3 000. The seafarer shall submit a signed statement specifying the items lost prior to payment of any compensation hereof. The compensation may be reduced on account of the seafarer's own contributory negligence or circumstances otherwise.

Compensation for Personal Effects. 22.1. If, by fire, explosion, foundering, shipwreck, collision, stranding or any other cause whatsoever not attributable to the employee’s neglect, an employee should sustain damage to or loss of their personal effects or equipment, such equipment being necessary for the performance of their duties, the employer will compensate the employee for such damage or loss by cash payment equivalent to the value thereof to a maximum of $1329, provided that this amount or any part thereof will not be payable where loss is recovered through workers compensation insurance.
Compensation for Personal Effects. In the event of accident, fire or other mishap affecting the ship the company shall compensate the seafarer for his/her damaged or lost personal effects either partial or total depending on the extent of the damage or value of the lost effects or a maximum of USD 3 500 for total damage or loss. The seafarer will be entitled to an additional compensation for necessary clothing in case of ship loss. The compensation may be reduced on account of the seafarer's own behaviour and the circumstances otherwise. The seafarer shall submit a signed statement specifying the items lost, prior to payment of any compensation hereof. The provisions in Article 8-4 in the Norwegian Ship Labour Act are replaced by this Article.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.

  • Services and Compensation Consultant agrees to perform for the Company the services described in Exhibit A (the “Services”), and the Company agrees to pay Consultant the compensation described in Exhibit A for Consultant’s performance of the Services.

  • PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION A. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods.
