Common use of Compensation Upon Separation Clause in Contracts

Compensation Upon Separation. Accumulated (unused) sick leave at termination of employment up to an accumulation of twelve hundred eighty (1,280) hours (one hundred sixty (160) working days) will be reimbursed as follows: In the above formula, "H" is the accumulated (unused) sick leave hours at termination of employment.
