COMPENSATORY LEAVE WITH PAY. B36.01 Upon request by the employee and at the discretion of the Employer, compensation earned under Articles B4 – Overtime, B5 – Call-back, B6 – Standby, travelling time compensated at an overtime rate under Article B8 –- Travelling Time, and B9 –Scientific Research Allowances may be taken in the form of compensatory leave, which will be calculated at the premium rate laid down in the applicable Article.
