Competency Policy. In accordance with Agency Policy Directive Number FEM-2012-02, Policy to Assure the Competency of Organizations Generating Environmental Measurement Data under Agency -Funded Assistance Agreements, Recipient agrees, by entering into this agreement, that it has demonstrated competency prior to award, or alternatively, where a pre-award demonstration of competency is not practicable, Recipient agrees to demonstrate competency prior to carrying out any activities under the award involving the generation or use of environmental data. Recipient shall maintain competency for the duration of the project period of this agreement and this will be documented during the annual reporting process. A copy of the Policy is available online at xxxx://xxx.xxx .gov/fem/lab_comp.htm or a copy may also be requested by contacting the EPA project officer for this award.

  • STUDENT DISCIPLINE AND TEACHER PROTECTION A. The Board recognizes its responsibility to give all support and assistance to teachers with respect to the maintenance of control and discipline in the classroom. Whenever it appears to the teacher and a representative of the Board that a particular pupil requires the attention of special counselors, social workers, law enforcement personnel, physicians or other professional persons the Board will take steps to relieve the teacher of responsibilities with respect to such pupil.

  • PROCUREMENT ETHICS Contractor understands that a person who is interested in any way in the sale of any supplies, services, construction, or insurance to the State of Utah is violating the law if the person gives or offers to give any compensation, gratuity, contribution, loan, reward, or any promise thereof to any person acting as a procurement officer on behalf of the State of Utah, or who in any official capacity participates in the procurement of such supplies, services, construction, or insurance, whether it is given for their own use or for the use or benefit of any other person or organization.

  • Privacy Policy The Provider must publicly disclose material information about its collection, use, and disclosure of Student Data, including, but not limited to, publishing a terms of service agreement, privacy policy, or similar document.

  • School Rules The School rules which apply are set out on the School website and other documents published from time to time. The Parents are requested to read these documents carefully with the Pupil before they accept the offer of a place.
