Competition Entry Fees. (nonrefundable). The Performing Company will attend 3 required competitions. This means that all groups and all solos/duos/trios are required to participate. The competition companies require entry fees so dancers may participate. Each competition has its own entry fee payment scale based on their reputation, the reputation of the judges, the kind of trophies they use, the venue they rent, etc. Pacific West Performing Arts does not have anything to do with the amount asked by the competition company. Entry fees are approximately $55 per dancer per group, $65 per dancer for duos/trios, and $110 for solos. Again, this will vary depending on the competition. Pacific West Performing Arts then submits a lump sum payment to the competition. Our registration must occur many months prior to the competition so we are not turned away due to it selling out. Entry Fees will be due in September, October, and November. The Director will not enter Dancer into the competition until the invoice is paid. Prompt payment will ensure your dancer may participate, and the dance will not need to be re- choreographed. *If Dancer/guardian elects to participate in an optional competition, please notify Director AND the front desk via email a full 3 months before the competition date. A list of optional competitions will be posted at both locations in September.

  • Payments on Termination Payments to the Advisor pursuant to this Section 13.03 shall be subject to the 2%/25% Guidelines to the extent applicable. After the Termination Date, the Advisor shall not be entitled to compensation for further services hereunder except it shall be entitled to receive from the Company within 30 days after the effective date of such termination all unpaid reimbursements of expenses and all earned but unpaid fees payable to the Advisor prior to termination of this Agreement.

  • Termination Fees It will take time for your local utility company to cancel your XOOM account. During that time you agree to pay for the Energy you consume that is supplied by XOOM. In addition, you must also pay us any outstanding payment obligations you have incurred under this Contract that remain unpaid, including related wire service, distribution and administration fees, and all applicable Taxes up to the termination date.   • Termination Payments In the event of termination of the Executive’s employment during the Employment Period, all compensation and benefits set forth in this Agreement shall terminate except as specifically provided in this Section 8.

  • DUES DEDUCTIONS AND REPRESENTATION FEES 1.1 All bargaining unit members may voluntarily join the Association, however no bargaining unit member shall be required to do so. Employees opting to join the Association will sign a membership form authorizing deduction of membership dues and other assessments required for membership. The District, upon receipt of authorization from an employee, will deduct from the employee’s salary each pay period the dues amount set by the Association and provided to the District Payroll Office. Deductions for employees submitting authorization after the commencement of the school year shall commence in the first possible pay period following such authorization. The district will transmit all dues deduction funds to the account or entity specified by the Association on a monthly basis. Authorizations in effect prior to July 1, 2018 and authorizations provided by employees hired after that date will be on a continuing basis from year to year, unless withdrawn in writing to the Washington Education Association through the established process. The District shall not discontinue dues collection for any employee until receiving confirmation of completion of the aforementioned process through WEA.

  • Governmental Termination ▪ Termination for Withdrawal of Authority. Enterprise Services may suspend or terminate this Master Contract if, during the term hereof, Enterprise Services’ procurement authority is withdrawn, reduced, or limited such that Enterprise Services, in its judgment, would lack authority to enter into this Master Contract; Provided, however, that such suspension or termination for withdrawal of authority shall only be effective upon twenty (20) days prior written notice; and Provided further, that such suspension or termination for withdrawal of authority shall not relieve any Purchaser from payment for goods and/or services already ordered as of the effective date of such notice. Your responsibility to notify PayPal of pricing or fee errors Once you have access to any account statement(s) or other account activity information made available to you by PayPal with respect to your business account(s), you will have sixty (60) days to notify PayPal in writing of any errors or discrepancies with respect to the pricing or other fees applied by PayPal. If you do not notify PayPal within such timeframe, you accept such information as accurate, and PayPal shall have no obligation to make any corrections, unless otherwise required by applicable law. For the purposes of this provision, such pricing or fee errors or discrepancies are different than unauthorized transactions and other electronic transfer errors which are each subject to different notification timeframes as set forth in this user agreement.
