The Competitive Advertising clause restricts a party from engaging in advertising activities that directly or indirectly promote competitors' products or services during the term of the agreement. Competitive Advertising. Licensee may accept Competitive Advertisements on a case-by-case basis after good faith negotiations with Licensor. “Competitive Advertisements” shall mean advertising that promotes any Internet distribution platform for audio-video content.
