Complaint Handling By Contractor. 1. The Contractor, at a minimum, shall receive and log all calls or reports from citizens regarding complaints or problems and provide copies of all complaints and logs to the City via facsimile or e- mail by the end of each week. The City shall log all complaints and refer complaints it receives to Contractor via facsimile or e-mail by the end of each business day. Contractor shall investigate and respond to all complaints it receives directly or from the City within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the complaint is received on regular business days (Monday through Friday). Notwithstanding anything stated herein to the contrary, all missed pick-ups of customer’s Refuse shall be treated in a manner as hereinafter set out.
