COMPLAINT OR GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. Should any complaint or grievance arise relative to working conditions, wages, etc., believed contrary to this Agreement or as the result of any action involving an individual member or members of the Association, the employee or employees concerned may then proceed as follows to receive explanation, clarification, or settlement of the complaint or grievance. All submissions and replies shall be in writing, including reasons, by all parties.
