COMPLAINT OR GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. 22.1 For the purpose of this Agreement a dispute, claim or complaint which involves the interpretation, application, or alleged violation of some provision of this Agreement shall be considered to be a fit matter for grievance and shall be dealt with as specified below.
