COMPLAINTS FROM PARENTS. No action shall be taken upon any complaint by the parent of a student directed towards the teacher, unless that complaint is in writing, and signed by the parent. Nor shall notice thereof be included in said teacher's personnel file, unless a copy of the information is provided to the teacher concerned. The teacher shall also be provided the opportunity to meet with the parent concerned.
