COMPLAINTS FROM PARENTS. No action shall be taken upon any complaint by the parent of a student directed towards the bargaining unit member unless that complaint is in writing, and signed by the parent. Nor shall notice thereof be included in said bargaining unit member's personnel file, unless a copy of the information is provided to the bargaining unit member concerned. The bargaining unit member shall also be provided the opportunity to meet with the parent concerned.
