Completion of Assigned Project Basic Services. All Basic Services and authorized Additional Services for an Assigned Project shall be performed and completed by employees of the CM and Sub-Consultants approved in advance by the District. To the extent that the District has established a Project Budget and/or a schedule for completion of the design, bidding and construction of an Assigned Project, the Basic Services of the CM shall include confirmation that the Project Budget and schedule for an Assigned Project are sufficient and reasonable for the Assigned Project. If in the course of performing Basic Services for an Assigned Project, the CM determines that the Project Budget or schedule established by the District are insufficient for the Assigned Project, the CM shall notify the District Representative of such determination, along with specific recommendations for measures to conform the Project Budget or schedule of an Assigned Project with the Project Budget or schedule for the Assigned Project established by the District. The CM’s Basic Services shall include the implementation of remedial measures as directed or authorized by the District. The scope of Basic Services to be provided by the CM for an Assigned Project shall be in accordance with the Task Order issued by the District for the Assigned Project.

  • Project Work Plan The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.

  • Completion of Work The Contractor agrees to complete the work on, or before October 29, 2021.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • Commencement and Completion of Work The professional services to be performed pursuant to this Agreement shall commence within five (5) days from the Effective Date of this Agreement. Failure to commence work in a timely manner and/or diligently pursue work to completion may be grounds for termination of this Agreement.

  • Completion of Project This Grant Agreement shall terminate upon completion of the project and payment of the last invoice.

  • Additional Work If changes in the work seem merited by Consultant or the City, and informal consultations with the other party indicate that a change is warranted, it shall be processed in the following manner: a letter outlining the changes shall be forwarded to the City by Consultant with a statement of estimated changes in fee or time schedule. An amendment to this Agreement shall be prepared by the City and executed by both Parties before performance of such services, or the City will not be required to pay for the changes in the scope of work. Such amendment shall not render ineffective or invalidate unaffected portions of this Agreement.

  • Completion of Repairs Borrower will commence any Repairs as soon as practicable after the date of this Loan Agreement and will diligently proceed with and complete such Repairs on or before the Completion Date. All Repairs and Capital Replacements will be completed in a good and workmanlike manner, with suitable materials, and in accordance with good building practices and all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, building setback lines and restrictions applicable to the Mortgaged Property. Borrower agrees to cause the replacement of any material or work that is defective, unworkmanlike or that does not comply with the requirements of this Loan Agreement, as determined by Lender.
