Completion of Exhibits and Schedules. The Parties acknowledge that all of the Exhibits and Schedules anticipated to have been delivered by Seller pursuant to this Agreement have been completed on or prior to the Execution Date by Seller but that such Exhibits and Schedules may be amended or supplemented pursuant to a Modification after the Execution Date in accordance with the terms herein. All Exhibits and Schedules attached to this Agreement shall be binding on the Parties unless and until amended or supplemented pursuant to this Section, if at all, or until termination of this Agreement.
Completion of Exhibits and Schedules. The completion of all exhibits and schedules to this Agreement, which shall be satisfactory to Agent, in its sole discretion.
Completion of Exhibits and Schedules. Delivery of all of the Exhibits and Schedules, updated through the Closing Date, required hereunder to be delivered by Buyer.
Completion of Exhibits and Schedules. All Exhibits not attached hereto shall be completed on or before April 30, 2008.
Completion of Exhibits and Schedules. Certain of the Exhibits and Schedules have not been prepared in their final form at the time of execution of this Agreement. Input by Methodist and Xxxxxxx/HMA is necessary to finalize the Exhibits and Schedules and each party agrees to use its reasonable best efforts to finalize them. Submission of Exhibits and Schedules shall be made on or before March 31, 1999 and must be jointly approved by the parties. Once approved, neither party can modify any Exhibit or Schedule without the other party's consent.
Completion of Exhibits and Schedules. It is acknowledged and agreed by the parties hereto that this Agreement will be executed and delivered prior to the final negotiation and completion of the Buyer Ancillary Agreements, the Seller Ancillary Agreements and the other exhibits and schedules contemplated by this Agreement (collectively the “Ancillary Documents”), and that the Buyer and the Seller will cooperate with each other and will negotiate in good faith to complete the Ancillary Documents in a timely manner and in any event prior to the Closing Date. Upon completion of each Ancillary Document and the initialing of same by both parties, the Ancillary Document shall be deemed attached to and made a part of this Agreement.
Completion of Exhibits and Schedules. The obligations of Seller and Purchaser to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be subject to the substantial completion of all Exhibits and Schedules required for the Closing on or before November 12, 2003; however, it is understood by both parties that the final exhibits will not be completed until November 19, 2003.
