COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION. Enrolling Student must present a signed Enrollment Agreement prior to start of first class session to complete OMS registration and enrollment requirements.
COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION. PunchFlix estimates that registration should take no longer than 60-90 calendar days from the date of filing with the SEC and/or FINRA; however, PunchFlix can make no guarantees regarding the time to complete the registration, as this is dependent on numerous factors solely under the control of the SEC and/or FINRA.
COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION. All players must have a signed NYSAHA form, credit card authorization form and fully completed Sports Engine registration to participate in any team activities. Player Obligations- players selected for teams are expected to maintain a high standard of academic and athletic excellence. Attendance at all practices and games is mandatory. Absence from team activities must be communicated with team manager well in advance. Players are expected to have read through and adhere to the Player Code of Conduct. Parent Obligations- Parents are expected to maintain clear communication lines with the club administration and with team managers. Parents are to have read and adhere to the Parent Code of Conduct. Ice Time- It is not the policy of the club to require equal ice time for every player. Playing time during any game is within the discretion of the coaching staff. Injury- In the event of season-ending injury, it is at the discretion of the club to pro-rate the remaining financial balance if an alternate player is able to be assigned to fill the vacated spot. Non-season ending injuries in which the player is not removed from the roster will not be considered for discount. In-Season Releases- It is not the policy of the club to grant in-season releases with the exception being out of state relocation for family reasons.
