Common use of Completion of Required Service Clause in Contracts

Completion of Required Service. Employees who after April 1st and prior to the end of the calendar year, reach the service required to entitle them to an additional week of vacation in accordance with the vacation scale set out above, will become eligible for such additional week of vacation on completion of the required years of service. If circumstances permit such week may be granted earlier in the year.

Completion of Required Service. If circumstances permit such week may be granted earlier in the yearservice as of their individual anniversary date of employment.
